my thoughts
recent thoughts on lifestyle matters…working out = good, consistent sleep schedule = good, eating well = good, all of these items in a consistent weekly/daily schedule = good…why is it that i acknowledge all these items and then do the opposite..? discipline i suppose is the quick answer, more discipline / less procrastination = GFTS…i know i can do it, but knowing is very much apart from doing. i think i have hit that recurring stage (very not-frequent but recurring nonetheless) where i’ve become very much attached and inspired to record/edit/write music…this phase along with spring break around the corner is a deadly combo…1) because when into this musical-attachment phase..i stop for nothing (eating/hw/studying = 2nd priority) and 2) i have that no-good feeling that spring break’s around the corner and i don’t need to study hard or whatever…i’ll start the work-hard mentality AFTER spring break…. which explains why i’m here typing a blog instead of doing that 9 hw assignment due tomorrow and studyng for the lab quiz tomorrow.. bleh, at least the musical production is flowing like no other..which actually then inspires me to write even more = deadly cycle (or awesome music, you decide)
well, discipline discipline here i come, time to start the hw..at least i worked out today :) maybe i’ll sleep early ya never know
michelle, if you’re reading this…you know that perfectionist-designcrazy mode that we used to talk about in brit lit (where u design a website and love it for two days then have a new idea and change it = deadly cycle)? yea, i’m diggin that again… :p NGFTS heh
