    so it’s official…memorex customer support is pretty shitty for a no. of reasons:

    1) charges for shipping the defective product is on the customer (after support specialist had specficially responded to my inquiry by saying that memorex would pay for it)
    2) no response or confirmation of receving defective product after it’s arrived (had to pester them to get a tracking number of the return product)
    3) product arrives not in a box..but wrapped in a little bubblewrap-taped cushion with a decal that leaves stickiness on the product (not to mention prominent scratches on the product itself)

    if it weren’t for the replacement product actually working, this info would prob be on its way via email to memorex customer support feedback

    bottom line: don’t buy memorex usb pen drives…and if you do, let’s hope you got an operable product :|

    btw, this is not me complaining..it’s an observation and i’m forwarding it to the readers who indulge in such products :)
