the path to wealth
i recently began pondering the process by which people become extremely wealthy.. i think that there are two fundamental ways to achieve richness:
1) by consciously saving money and having a spend-thrifty mindset for many, many years OR
2) getting paid a lot in your profession
(or both).. but which is truly the effective way towards becoming a millionaire? not that i am deeply interested but it is worth questioning.. should one invest his/her time in becoming educated or doing whatever one has to do to pick up a profession that pays a lot OR should we simply start saving our money at an early age and adopt the buddhist ideals of eliminating desires… i guess there’s a lot more to the question but what about those ppl who invest their money in mutual funds/stocks/cds at an early age and reap crazy benefits over the years? crazy as in cover-your-cost-of-living-crazy..
must invest more thought in this
in the meantime, i will be saving money ;-)
