it’s been quite awhile since an update.. went to LA for the
thanksgiving break, spent time with flayy.. went to the hammer
museum, couple friends’ dinners, and watched two movies.. fun times
indeed, but back into the studying life now. gotta love that
transition period.

so the stock market has taken quite a dip in the last couple days,
just in time for the holidays.. should be coming back up in the next
month i assume. xbox release has had somewhat of a negative
(unanticipated) impact on microsoft with those crapload of bugs
reported by gamers in only the first week… i guess it’s expected
since it is indeed the first video game system release with this new
architecture.. for this type of release:

upside: be the first out there and claim the rights of pioneering

downside: you’re gonna have bug-galore and will have to work hard to
uphold a solid reputation

we’ll see how this all plays out, microsoft is also going to court in
korea for some alleged antitrust thing because they bundle all their
software with new computers there i guess.. deja vu? anywho, if u
use a mac and are in the dept. of unpacking .RAR files, use UNRARX
(type into google, first hit)… don’t use stuffit expander (weak)
