zen vs ipod

Creative’s new Zen Vision M supposedly will give Apple a run for its money (this is after they justly claimed rights to the user interface that Apple “stole” from Creative for its iPod players):
2.5-inch screen
320×240 resolution
30GB hard drive
4 hours of video playback
would u pay $330 for this….? :)
