learning the chinese
Posted on 03 March 2006
i just started taking chinese courses at a chinese school two days ago, the class is M-F 2 hours/day. it’s a good way to keep busy as well as learn some chinese, reminds me much of shi-da chinese camp five years ago but these classes are much smaller.. 3-5 people per class. there’s basically homework and a test everyday, but it’s relatively easy.

Can’t wait. Something official for once! And finally something that I can grasp and hold onto. I don’t think I have ever told you this, but you have no idea how much I wanted to be able to hear one of your newer songs outside of your dorm rooms… lol. The “listening in the dorm rooms” days were great, but every single time, I had to walk away with nothing concrete that I could bring away with me. It’s as if I could only listen to a favorite song of mine on the radio once every few months =P
Waiting,

although it sounds as if things aren’t coming along as planned, i have full confidence in you and your music. too bad you’re ugly because that would have been a shoe-in. if you don’t make it, it’s not because your music sucks (because it’s quite good),… it’s because the general demographic don’t exactly want jay chou + quasimoto. Chin up, chum.
