some photos from the last week or two… pretty much been up to school, hanging out with friends occasionally, and working out at the gym. taiwan is feeling more and more like ‘home’ everyday. in other words, i’ve become far more acquainted with the lifestyle and culture here and my speaking/writing ability has improved quite a bit… rock on.
i found this moment amusing.. it’s a flat panel monitor yielding a classic Windows error message in the underground subway. the interesting part about this photo is that the language of the OS is English…

pretty cool ska-like band from south carolina that performed at a pub.. forgot their name. hootie and the blowfish anyone?
the opening band that same night, NEON. they were pretty cool.. the lead singer and the guitarist on the right are married.. the guitarist is a persian guy that is the head chef at some cuisine in taipei and the lead singer is a dance teacher…. and the bassist is a graphic designer.. heh
