Heavenly Weather and Steep Cost of Living in Silicon Valley

It’s not until after you leave California that you realize how great the weather here really is. It’s truly blissful, no doubt about it. Beautiful sunshine and a cool breeze, this is unimaginable in Taiwan.
However, the cost of living is definitely hurtin’ after coming back from Taiwan, big difference there.
Example: Pearl milk tea - US $3.00 vs. $0.90
(multiply by 3 milk teas/week, and you’re easily down $25 within a month)
Solution? Milk tea fasting while in California. :)

Yeah, the weather is nice here. But milk teas are good.
