MySpace galore
Today I was at Barnes & Noble and came across a good article about the founders of MySpace in Fortune.

Co-founder Tom Anderson (yea he’s that only guy that shows up in your friends list when you 1st sign up) was an English and rhetoric major and then a guitarist in a failed rock band.. now he’s president of one of the highest-traffic websites in the world.
That’s very interesting.
I didn’t know that he initially started MySpace as a way to allow bands and club owners to post pages and become friends..
an “indirect” solution to the failed attempt of getting a break in a rock band.
Solutions to personally-faced problems always seem to become great business ideas — is it the drive?
