Does your Daily Life match your Vacation Life?

    Posted on 20 February 2007

It’s always tough getting back into the daily lifestyle after a 3-day weekend of fun and games. This weekend I drove down to Los Angeles with four good friends and hung out there for the weekend. Highlights of the weekend:

    1. Seeing Silverchair live in concert at a sold out show. One of my favorite bands, they rocked the house.
    2. Hanging out with my buddies and spending time with my girlfriend (she goes to school in LA).
    3. Meeting up with Matt, my partner for the Talkmatic site venture, for the first time.

Now I more or less dread coming back to school and homework/studying.

Wouldn’t it be nice if 3-day vacations were as equally anticipating as one’s daily lifestyle? What’s the secret to achieving this?

I am most definitely still into Silverchair. I STILL have to get diorama though.

      …. ‘manly’? ;)

Silverchair is still rockin. Gotta listen to diorama. And some of the music I’ve heard from ‘Young Modern’ (their latest, coming out in March) is pretty phenomenal.
