Time for YouTalk: Should MSFT acquire YHOO?

What do u think? I sold Yahoo last week when it peaked at $33-34 given the news of Microsoft to acquire Yahoo. Happy I did too. It’s now neutralized back to $30. What would happen if Microsoft acquired Yahoo? I think it’s pretty certain it won’t happen. How would the world change if they did? Your thoughts?
Either way, Google wins in my book. ;)

yahoo is the absolute worst performing stock i own. the only thing a merger would do is give non-believers like me a chance to liquidate while it’s at a high. beyond that, there’s nothing particularly exciting about either companies.
what else is in your portfolio?

Sold CSCO and YHOO recently. Holding MSFT and some other miscellaneous stocks.
I’m relatively optimistic about YHOO, I think they’ll battle their way back up slowly but surely.
