The Madness that is the iPhone

    Posted on 29 June 2007

Do you think today’s 6PM launch of the iPhone is really as revolutionary as Jobs says it is?

They are closing the Apple stores today from 2-6pm just for its release.

iPhoneLaunchTV is covering the hype live at the New York Soho Apple store until 12AM midnight tonight. Go and see what all these crazy fanatics have to say waiting in line.

A juicy thread has been created in the geekwhat forum on iPhone too. Go spill your two cents on the Apple jesusphone (as Valleywag calls it) there.

Iphone is 2.5 G. My smartphone phone is 3G. That’s like going from cable back to dialup. It’s not gonna happen.

Nice article! I played with the iPhone in the store a few days ago. It really sucks hard that you can’t do ANYTHING with the phone until you buy an AT&T phone and activate the service.

Did you all hear that the iPhone was officially hacked today to run on networks other than AT&T? Fun stuff.
